Mini Program

Early identification of myofunctional disorder, tongue or lip tie, and/or airway issues. 

Introduction to myofunctional therapy exercises

Myo Munchee sizing and active use instructions

Indications:

  • Excessive drooling

  • Open mouth posture / Mouth Breathing

  • Pacifier elimination

  • Thumb/digit sucking or other oral habit 

  • Tongue thrust

  • Snoring/Grinding 

  • Tongue tie / Lip tie

  • Narrow palate / crowded teeth 

  • Stagnant in speech therapy 

  • ADHD

Certified in Bebe Munchee (6-18 months) and Myo Munchee (18 months+)

Children (Ages 4-12)

A 10-14 week myofunctional therapy program with exercises to stretch and strengthen the tongue, lips, cheeks, and surrounding muscles + breathing techniques.

  • Snoring/Grinding/Poor sleep quality 

  • Tongue tie / Lip tie

  • TMJ Tension 

  • Stagnant in speech therapy 

  • ADHD 

Eating Cotton Candy

Teens / Adults

A 8-14 week myofunctional therapy program with exercises to stretch and strengthen the tongue, lips, cheeks, and surrounding muscles + breathing techniques. 

Potential Myo Munchee sizing and active use instructions for adults with TMJ tension

  • Sleep Apnea  

  • Snoring / Grinding / Poor sleep quality 

  • TMJ Tension

  • Clenching or other oral habit

  • Orthodontics / Orthodontic Relapse

  • Tongue tie / Lip tie

  • Narrow palate / crowded teeth 

  • Tongue thrust / Anterior open bite 

  • ADHD
